This association was founded in 2016 to provide quality parkour instruction, with children and young people as its main group. Training suits all ages and skill levels. Offerings include weekly group classes, short courses, camps, birthday and event bookings, and free-training sessions in the parkour gym. There is a course for adults, and a class for seniors has been added.
The instructors are trained and follow parkour principles: safe training, self-development, encouraging others, respect and non-competitiveness. Parkour is taught as training of balance, strength, agility, endurance, spatial awareness and creativity. Registration for classes goes through Suomisport. According to the website, activities are also offered in Kouvola. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
