The bakery makes possot, sugared doughnut-like pastries filled with apple marmalade, and meat pies by hand to traditional recipes. Everything is baked fresh in the bakery on Kotkansaari island and sold straight from the oven and from the frying pan throughout the day. The meat pies are filled with minced beef, rice and barley. The possot, meat pies, oat breads and buns are dairy-free and egg-free, and the oat breads and buns are made from the same dough with added oat flakes.
There is a shop and a café on site where pastries are served with coffee. On Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays vegan pies filled with Härkis oat protein are also available. There is no accessible parking.
