The company provides bookkeeping and property management services for housing companies in South-Eastern Finland. Its offices are in Karhula and in Virojoki, Virolahti, and it serves Hamina, Pyhtää, Virolahti, Miehikkälä and Ylämaa as well as its home city. Property management covers everyday housing company matters, maintenance, technical services and renovations: planning and supervising repair works, tendering contractors and monitoring shareholders' alteration works. It has experience of large projects such as pipe, facade and roof renovations.
Each housing company has a responsible property manager with a substitute, and all managers hold at least the professional property management qualification (IAT). Residents can submit forms online, for example move-in notices, alteration work notices, meter readings and sauna and parking bookings.
