This multi-service worker cooperative was founded at the start of 2017 and is named after the Kukouri sea fortress offshore. Services include websites, translation, IT work, staff leasing for customer service roles and bookkeeping, also in Russian. It also offers cleaning, anti-bullying work and experience-expert services on accessibility and bullying.
The cooperative works around Pyhtää and Hamina, and some services are available across Finland. Clients include households, companies and other organisations. Members work under employment contracts with the cooperative, not as entrepreneurs, and one main goal is to employ people with partial work ability. Small groups can also join the Sisäinen kauneus wellbeing activity at a horse stable in Sippola.
