The pharmacy is in the Hansakeskus shopping centre, with access from the first floor and from the street side, and it is a teaching pharmacy approved by the universities of Helsinki and Kuopio. Services include prescription medicine delivery, interaction checks and renewal of electronic prescriptions from health centres. Medication assessment and comprehensive medication assessment are charged for.
The pharmacy clinic offers vaccinations without a prescription, blood tests, remote doctor consultations, ear irrigation and rapid tests. Household medicine waste is accepted free of charge. The pharmacy also issues Schengen certificates for medicines carried when travelling, and tax-free sales for eligible non-EU visitors. It supplies medicines to care homes and home nursing, and cosmetologist services are available. Access is step-free, with room for prams and rollators.
