This family firm is a confectionery and café chain founded in Mikkeli in 1997 by Raimo Liedes and now run across three generations. It has seven locations, five in Mikkeli, one here and one in Kuopio, each with its own selection. Pastries and cakes are baked fresh by hand, with cakes as the main product. Lunch and à la carte dishes are served, and the range includes gluten-free products. Raimo Liedes has won the Finnish confectionery championship, and the company received a business prize from the city of Mikkeli in 2012.
Party and event catering suits family celebrations and corporate events, and savoury and sweet products are sold in an online shop. The café is in the Lasipalatsi building, and the entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
