Run by the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, this railway training facility has welding workshops, turnouts, signalling equipment and hundreds of metres of track. Its yard provides practice areas for electrified railway and level-crossing maintenance. Training covers signalling installation, track superstructure, welding and railway safety.
Refresher courses and practical competency assessments are also offered. Short-term hire is available to training providers, rescue services, companies and educational institutions, but not private individuals. The entrance and car park are accessible.
