This gym and fitness centre is for all ages, body types and fitness levels. According to its website, owner Heini Keisala founded the business in 1996 as a group exercise company, and the fitness centre opened in September 2019. The gym is open around the clock, so members can train at any time. Group classes are offered, and the owner still leads some of them.
Membership has a four-week notice period and no binding contract. Members can use a mobile app to open the doors and view the group class schedules, and reception staff answer phone and email during set hours. It is a family-run business, and the owner's children are among the staff. It is located in the Kuusaantori shopping centre, and the car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
