The museum group includes Poikilo, an art museum whose changing exhibitions cover history and art. The museum shop sells local products as gifts, and virtual museum content is available online. The museums are in the Kouvola-talo building. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible. Visitors can give feedback on exhibitions through an online survey, and the museums belong to Tunne-ryhmä, a network of local cultural institutions.
