Optician Tarja Toivanen founded the shop in 2003. It stocks glasses for everyday use, driving, work and hobbies, alongside sunglasses and titanium frames. The nickel-free TITAN range includes frames suitable for nickel allergies. Lenses are mainly supplied by Germany's Rodenstock.
Eye examinations have used DNEye biometric measurement since 2018. Private appointments can be booked by phone, text or online, including outside regular hours by arrangement. Glasses take around 1–2 weeks depending on lens type. The owner has additional training in occupational vision and dry-eye assessment.
