Founded in 1997, the construction company designs and builds mainly timber schools, day-care centres and other premises. Its main products are modular AITO-Puukoulut schools and AITO-Puupäiväkodit day-care centres. Care, office and residential buildings are also produced under the AITO-Tilat line.
Buildings are manufactured in the company's own factory in controlled indoor conditions protected from the weather. Quality management follows a RALA-certified operating model. The company also develops timber elements for export.
