Operating since 2005, the Brazilian jiu-jitsu school belongs to an international network. Groups serve all ages, and beginners can join at any time without a separate introductory course. Basic techniques follow a repeating three-month curriculum, with advanced groups available afterwards.
An introductory session with an instructor includes a loan training suit. There are two tatami areas, a lounge for waiting family members and a small meeting corner. Separate men's and women's changing rooms have toilets, showers and lockable lockers. Mats are cleaned and disinfected daily. The entrance and parking area are accessible.
Tell prospective students about starting training or taking part in a group in the comments.
