The non-profit youth association's activities include Uusi Teatteri Utti and events largely organised by volunteers. Membership is available to adults, children and supporters.
The building can be hired for meetings, parties and weddings. Options include the whole house, restaurant and kitchen, ground-floor club room or sauna. Volunteer workdays include coffee and social time. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
