The Finnish prepared-food manufacturer makes savoury vegetable, meat and rice pastries, paninis, pizzas, burgers and porridge. Launched in 2015, the Vihis vegetable pastry is vegan. The range also includes dairy-free, lactose-free and gluten-free products.
The vegetable pastry is sold from grocery chillers and can be heated in a microwave. Products are intended for quick snacks, picnics and cottage trips. Seasonal Easter production includes mämmi, a Finnish rye dessert, in gluten-free and creamed versions too.
