Completed in 1897 to Jac. Ahrenberg's design, the church combines Gothic styles and has a 47-metre bell tower. Inside are mosaic windows by Birgitta Recksén depicting the Nativity and Sermon on the Mount, and 18th-century chandeliers from Ulrika Eleonora Church. Lorenz Gottman's three-part altarpiece shows the Last Supper, Crucifixion and Ascension. The 24-stop organ was built by the Kangasala organ factory in 1978.
Used year-round, the church can be booked for weddings, baptisms and concerts through the parish office. There is step-free access, an accessible toilet, a lift and a hearing loop. Limited parking lies to the south, with a larger car park nearby. The interior was renovated in 1999–2000 and exterior elements in 2016–2017.
