On Lake Kukasjärvi, the holiday home accommodates up to 30 guests in three types of lodging. Each unit has a kitchenette with cooking equipment, a toilet, shower and TV. Formerly a leisure home for the Telegraph Officials' Union, it has been in its present use since 1998.
Event facilities include a hall for about 40, a terrace for about 80 and a separate course centre. The large kitchen has an industrial oven, dishwasher, cold storage and tableware for 150. Guests self-cater or arrange an outside caterer. A lakeside sauna, hut, rowing boats, table tennis and darts are available.
