This family-owned distillery was founded in 1852 and is now run by the sixth generation of the family. Its spirits are made from raw materials from nearby forests and fields. Products include Savon Wiina (1869), Hienoa Cognac (1872) and Mesimarjalikööri (1882), and the company also imports whiskies and cognacs. The distillery holds FSSC 22000 certification and an Oiva inspection report.
The visitor centre offers distillery tours, tastings and a cocktail school, and private groups can also book meeting rooms. The factory shop sells milder drinks under 8% ABV, while products over 8% ABV are served in the Arctic Bar. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
