This wellness centre in the city centre, operating since 2009, offers massage, joint mobilisation, coaching and workshops. Treatments include classic and relaxing massage, mobilising massage, pregnancy massage, dry cupping, hot stone massage, bite muscle and head massage, a forest-themed pampering treatment and a sound-bowl deep relaxation session. Coaching is available for individuals and groups, with a weekly bodyweight class suitable for everyone. Courses include TRE, mobility and handstand, and the studio can be rented by other providers.
Book online; gift cards can be collected on site or posted. Card, cash and Epassi and Edenred mobile payments are accepted, but sports vouchers do not cover massage. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before, later ones are partly charged. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but there is no accessible seating, parking or toilet.
