Property management, letting and supervision cover rental housing, housing companies and commercial and industrial premises. Staff include a professional property manager and a construction supervisor, with expertise in finance, administration and technical matters. The association was founded in the early 1960s to support housing for technology students.
More than 300 students live in its student apartments. Services also extend to non-profit rental-housing communities and specialist properties. The website is in Finnish and English. The entrance and parking area are accessible.
