Founded in 1986, this family business carries out heating, ventilation, plumbing and air-conditioning contracts for new builds and renovations. Work includes pipe renovations, repairs and maintenance of building services. Design-build contracts combine planning and delivery under one provider. The company has its own quality control and invests in staff training and the circular economy.
Clients include builders, developers, businesses, housing companies and public bodies. Work is mainly in North Savo, with other parts of Finland covered by agreement. It received a Skanska subcontractor safety award in 2017.
