This shopping centre in the city centre lies partly above and partly below the market square. It links the pedestrian shopping blocks of the centre with the Toriparkki car park and the market hall. It can also be reached from the Paviljonki market hall, so shopping indoors is possible in any weather. Several restaurants and specialty shops are found here.
Public toilets and a baby changing room are available. Parking is provided through the Toriparkki car park. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
