Opened in 2012 beside the Viitostie road, this is the only Ingka Centres shopping centre in Finland and belongs to the same Ingka Group as IKEA. An IKEA department store anchors it, with nearly 80 shops under one roof, including a K-Supermarket. It is named after nearby Lake Matkusjärvi. The Olopuisto family park lies in the courtyard, and the centre also has pop-up stores, a rotating retail offering and relaxed restaurants.
The Luuppi service takes used goods for reuse, and sustainability is part of the operation. Events and community campaigns are held each year. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible, accessible seating is available and wheelchairs can be hired.
