Run by TTY Palvelut Oy, the substance-free residential community serves adults with mental health or substance use histories. Residents have their own studios with balconies and support with daily skills, laundry, cleaning and supervised medication. Three levels of housing support are offered.
Care staff are available around the clock and a nurse on weekdays. Facilities include accessible saunas, exercise and billiards rooms, and the Artturo lunch restaurant. Breakfast, snacks and dinner are also available. After an introductory visit, applications go through the North Savo wellbeing services county's Special Housing Services working group. The entrance and toilet are accessible.
