On the second floor by Lake Kallavesi, this sauna and meeting venue accommodates around 35 people. The sauna seats 12–15 bathers, with three rain showers. The lounge has a bar counter, the terrace overlooks the lake and a jetty with swimming ladders is about twenty metres away.
Equipment includes Wi-Fi, sound system, projector, Blu-ray/DVD player, flip chart and whiteboard. The kitchen has basic tableware and cold storage. Bring your own food and drinks or use partner caterers. A hot tub for around ten and winter ice swimming can be arranged separately, as can towels. Toiletries and bathrobes are provided. Parking is available in the yard.
