The art school offers basic arts education in craft with a design focus for children, young people and adults, alongside short courses, camps, workshops and distance teaching. It received the Ministry of Education and Culture's Lapsenpäivä award in 2022.
Courses are booked and paid for online, with tailored workshops for groups. Piispantalo, built in 1856, offers three rooms for meetings and events. A short-term residency apartment is also rented out.
