The gymnastics club offers recreational and competitive groups for different ages and ability levels. Competitive disciplines include women's artistic gymnastics, team gymnastics, TeamGym, competitive aerobics and dance gymnastics. Former members also take part in the Uskollisuuden kilta alumni guild.
Children's groups are booked through the class calendar, with online membership registration for adult and children's classes. Adults can choose drop-in attendance or unlimited passes. Training takes place in a gymnastics hall.
