The city-owned group company maintains roads, parks, harbours and sports facilities, and builds municipal infrastructure and green spaces. It works with more than a hundred local entrepreneurs and material suppliers and holds RALA and RALA environmental certification.
Emergency maintenance covers central and southern areas, with contractors handling other areas. The company also provides work coaching for jobseekers, people with reduced work capacity, young people and immigrants. Annual environmental reports are published.
