A Pohjanmaa-style log house built in 1937 houses books, gifts, toys, games, stationery and postcards. The range includes local literature and children's books from Kuukettu Kustannus. The present shop opened under Kristiina Vainiola in 1996 and moved into the log house in 2020.
The online shop delivers throughout Finland, and corporate sales are offered alongside retail. Events during the year include a summer yard market and a pre-Christmas market. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
