The sports institute's aquatic centre has a ten-lane, 50 m pool with a level, two-metre-deep floor and a movable bridge. There are teaching and children's paddling pools, massage jets, a warm whirlpool and a cold pool. Traditional and steam saunas are available, and swimwear may be worn inside.
Hydrohex virtual aqua aerobics can be guided or self-directed. Alongside the water slide, a Wibit obstacle course is available during holiday periods. Entry uses a wristband: single visits bought online can be activated at the lobby machine, and reusable wristbands can be topped up. Group and private sessions are arranged by email or phone.
