This sports, fitness, wellness, education and leisure centre is a designated Olympic Training Center of the Finnish Olympic Committee and an internationally recognised training centre. Facilities include an indoor ice hall, a swimming centre with a Wibit water obstacle course, a sauna and a sports spa. According to the site, the area also has Lem-Kem Areena, Ilkka-areena and LähiTapiola Areena. Offerings cover sports camps, training camps, sports tests, strength and endurance testing, and conference and holiday services.
Accommodation includes a sports hotel, mini villas, holiday rooms and cottages, with full board available. The restaurant serves buffet and à la carte menus and sauna menus. Camps and school trips are run for children and youth, and sports camps and wellness programmes such as Forever young 60+ for adults. Education covers vocational qualifications for sports instructors, coaches and masseurs, and physiotherapy is offered. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible, and pets are welcome.
