Meeting and study spaces can be booked for events. The national e-library provides e-books, audiobooks and magazines. Epress offers digital newspapers, while Rockway music lessons can be accessed with a library card and PIN. Staffed service and withdrawn-book sales are available at the main library. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
