The church of the Lutheran parish was designed by the architect Bertel Liljeqvist as a so-called long church. It was completed in 1950 and consecrated in 1951. It seats about 700 people. The church history, the organ and the crypt each have their own information pages.
Concerts are most often held here, and the parish also rents its spaces to outside groups. Guided tours for tourist groups can be arranged. Parking, the entrance and the toilet are wheelchair accessible, and the church has a hearing loop, a nearly step-free hall, a defibrillator and a children's care room.
