The company has around 25–30 staff and provides heating, ventilation and plumbing design and installation for new builds and renovations in Northern Finland. Clients include households, businesses, housing companies, municipalities and the public sector. Installations cover ventilation, bathroom plumbing, ground-source heat pumps and other heating systems.
It operates a building services product shop and makes sheet metal and ventilation components in-house. Services also include refrigeration equipment, general construction and groundwork for wastewater systems, foundations and excavation. The branch entrance is wheelchair accessible.
