Started in autumn 2019, this construction and renovation company serves private clients and housing companies in the Ruka, Salla, Posio, Taivalkoski and Kemijärvi areas. It specialises in bathroom and sauna renovations, including wet rooms, and holds the wet room certificate many housing companies require. Kitchens, floors, laundry rooms, toilets and other rooms of a home can be renovated too.
During renovations the company installs fitted furniture in kitchens, laundry rooms and bathrooms, plus laminate, parquet, tile and vinyl flooring. Diamond drilling of hard materials is also offered, including as subcontracting for other companies and housing companies. It builds terraces from various materials and paved yard areas, from foundations to finishing, and takes on new construction of detached houses, cottages, halls and storage buildings.
