This family-run reindeer farm offers reindeer rides, reindeer feeding and farm visits. Fishing trips head to a private wilderness lake, and guided fly-fishing on the local rivers targets grayling and brown trout. Forest outings cover herbs, berries and mushrooms, and drum relaxation and drum meditation sessions are led by shamanic practitioner Satu Palosaari. Guide Mika Lappalainen has led fly-fishing trips since 2009 and is trained as a nature guide.
In summer, morning farm visits are possible, and an old farmhouse built in 1920 holds a handicraft shop. Winter brings reindeer sledding, ice fishing and multi-day snowmobile safaris to Sweden. PoroNook accommodation on the farm comes with a wood-heated sauna. Activities run all year, and the farm hosts students as interns. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
