Founded in 1976, the gymnastics club offers exercise for children, young people and adults from recreation to competition. Groups include parent-and-baby exercise, toddler sessions, play-based exercise for preschoolers and girls' team gymnastics. Adult groups perform at club shows and events.
The club belongs to the Finnish Gymnastics Federation and PoPLi and holds Star Club quality certification. Groups use My Club for registration, and club clothing is sold online.
