This historic villa, built in 1879, is used as a venue for celebrations and events. It has small, intimate rooms, a garden and an attic space. Private parties and company events are held here, and weddings can host up to 80 guests. It stands on the Vesijärvi shore, close to the city centre.
The meeting rooms have 50 and 70 inch screens, a video projector with a screen, a meeting microphone and a whiteboard. Meeting packages with catering are offered for management meetings and for development and well-being days. Two attic apartments have lake views over Vesijärvi and can be rented as accommodation. Sauna and accommodation packages are also available, and the villa hosts a murder-mystery escape room set in local history. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
