The café occupies a wooden house built around 1900, the last surviving town-era wooden house in the centre. It serves organic and fair-trade organic coffee, specialty coffees, tea, cocoa, iced tea and iced coffee. The beans are roasted by Finnish small-batch roaster Cafetoria from fair-trade Peruvian and Colombian beans. Fresh pastries, savoury pies, cheesecakes, cakes and cinnamon rolls are baked daily.
For special diets there are gluten-free cakes and pies and vegan, dairy-free and egg-free options, including raw cakes. On winter weekdays a vegan, gluten-free soup lunch is served, with sweet and savoury waffles in summer. The generous breakfast buffet includes oatmeal, smoothies, rye and ciabatta bread, cold cuts, croissants and fruit. Cakes and pastries can be ordered for celebrations and collected, and gift cards are sold. There is outdoor seating in summer and background music inside. The entrance and car park are not wheelchair accessible.
