The importer's warehouse store and online shop sell ceramic and porcelain floor and wall tiles. The store displays all tiles sold online and additional options available only in person.
Online orders can be collected in store or shipped, with dispatch within 3–10 days. Tile samples can be posted: a piece of a larger tile or a whole smaller tile. The website states that returns are not accepted, while faulty products are exchanged for undamaged equivalents. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
