The company provides IT services, equipment and end-user support for small and medium-sized businesses. Its range covers cloud and data centre services, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Copilot), cybersecurity such as SOC services, identity and access management and vulnerability management, plus network solutions, device management, lifecycle management and a service desk.
Each small business customer is assigned a named contact person who is a technical expert. The company is part of Advania Group, one of Northern Europe's leading IT companies. Its Finnish operations began in 2019 when Vintor Oy joined the group, followed by Accountor ICT in 2020 and Valtti in 2022. The office is in the Isku Center building.
