This historic former brewery building is now a centre for citizens, businesses and culture. It houses the Malva visual arts museum, the Sammio event hall and a coworking community. Meeting rooms, ready-built office suites and event packages can be rented, and the suites have a small kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge. On the fourth floor is a photography studio of about 80 m², rentable empty or equipped, with an infinity wall. The Projekt sound studio suits podcasts, vocals and instruments, and is booked online with self-access.
Kahiwa Coffee & Wine serves specialty coffee, natural wines and in-house bakery items, with coffee and wine tastings for groups booked in advance. Malskin Bistro offers lunch, brunch and dinner and can be booked for private events. The ANT BREW brewery pub serves fresh beer, brewery visits and tastings. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
