This small bakery, founded in 2016, bakes all its products on site in Kärpäsenmäki. It employs around 24 people, including bakers and sales staff. Ingredients are domestic where possible, produced locally in the traditional manner. It is known for its 100% rye bread, Gourmet bread and multigrain buns, as well as blueberry munkki, crystal buns and kermaviiner pastries.
Fresh coffee buns and pitkos are baked daily and vary by day. Handmade Karelian pies and large meat pies are also sold. Custom cakes are made with a partner cake company and ordered via the bakery's sales points. Orders are taken in advance, at least two weekdays ahead. The products are sold through 12 sales points, and the car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
