Founded in 2016, the small bakery makes its products in-house using traditional methods and Finnish ingredients where possible. The range includes all-rye bread, Gourmet bread, multigrain buns, blueberry doughnuts, sugar-coated buns and cream Danish pastries. Coffee buns and braided sweet loaves vary daily.
Handmade Karelian pies and large meat pies are available. Custom cakes are made by a partner and ordered through sales points. Advance orders require at least two working days. The bakery has about 24 staff and 12 sales points.
