This shopping centre along Highway 4 has about 60 shops and restaurants and is open every day from 7 to 22, all year round. The central square lounge has free Wi-Fi and charging sockets, and the free 300 m² indoor play park, Papu Park, is open daily from 8 to 19.30. The building's maintenance received a BREEAM environmental certificate in 2017, and the centre holds a Safe Retail Destination certificate.
There are around 1,600 free, extra-wide parking spaces, and the parking hall's ground level has eight electric car charging points. Motorhomes and buses have their own parking area. The information desk on the first floor, run by K-Citymarket, lends wheelchairs and strollers and handles lost property. Corridors are wide and barrier-free, lifts and escalators can be used with a wheelchair, and both floors have accessible toilets. Pets are allowed in common areas and the pet goods shop; other shops show with a sticker whether pets may enter.
