The Neapolitan-style pizzas are made from dough proofed for 48 hours and baked in a wood-fired oven at over 450 °C. The ingredients are Italian 00 flour, Neapolitan tomatoes and fresh cow's milk mozzarella. The menu is short, just a single page. The restaurant belongs to the Sotto Pizzeria chain, founded in Turku in 2023.
You can eat in, take away or order home delivery through the online shop. Group orders of at least ten pizzas are available through the website. Reservations are not required, the dress code is casual and there is a children's corner on site. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but there is no accessible toilet. It is easy to reach on foot, by bike or by bus.
