Specialising in renovation, the company handles façade repairs and insulation upgrades, balcony renovations, ventilated board rendering and three-coat rendering. Apartment building roofs are mainly standing-seam metal or rubber-bitumen membrane, with other materials available for smaller houses. Interior renovations are also offered.
Work is carried out by the company's own Finnish workforce. Subcontracting is coordinated with mostly local partners to handle projects from start to finish. The main operating area is Päijät-Häme, with projects also accepted elsewhere in Finland.
