Used for circus arts training, the premises include a 330 m² circus hall, a 215 m² circus studio and a 170 m² dance studio. The maximum rigging height is 8.4 m, with fixing points for aerial work and tight wire, mirrors and mats. Two kitchen-equipped social rooms seat 40 and 10, and a classroom has a projector.
Outside groups can hire the spaces for hobbies, camps and artist residencies, by the hour or for several weeks in summer. Evening and weekend use is possible. Instructors, technical staff, catering and event staff can be arranged. Both floors have step-free access and accessible toilets. Changing facilities include a sauna.
