The upper secondary school gives a general academic grounding for studies at universities, universities of applied sciences and vocational institutions. Its emphases are international skills and financial literacy, and competitive athletes are supported in combining studies with training. Courses include languages (Finnish, English, Swedish, German, French), mathematics, sciences, humanities, music, visual arts and health education.
Students have access to student counselling, special education, a school psychologist and a school nurse. There is a student union and an alumni network, and parent evenings and school events are announced on the website. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
