Founded by Silja Heinonen in 1974, the bakery initially sold mainly at markets. It now makes hand-baked home-style cakes, pastries, muffins, meringues and layer cakes. All products are lactose-free.
A separate gluten-free bakery operates alongside the traditional bakery, with fully gluten-free products including bebe pastries, strawberry Swiss roll, blueberry pie and almond-topped tosca cake. Products are sold through grocery stores across Finland.
