The municipal daycare centre has Finnish- and Swedish-speaking groups and offers shift care according to families' needs. Groups serve children aged one to five, with meals, outings, play and rest forming the daily routine. Particular attention is given to children under three.
Supplementary daycare is also available for preschool children. The centre is next to the library and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance. The municipal website also presents a separate Leppäkertut group.
